CLD November 1 2023
Meeting was called to order at 7:18
Present were Debbie Bonner, Theresa Smith, Judy, Tae, Katie, Marilyn and Paula by proxy
Slate of Officers
President Theresa Smith
Vice pres. Tae Erickson
Treasurer Katie Keim
Secretary Marilyn Weber
Membership Judy Nordstrom
Marilyn moved to approve the slate and Debbie second. Motion carried
43 people have RSVP for the awards dinner.
Theresa will bring desert. Tae has printed the program. Judy will do the welcome and introduce the board. Theresa will take over the duties afterwards.
Judy is bringing pumpkins and fall leaves to decorate the tables. Judy will also print labels for the dinner orders.
Officer reports will be compiled and printed for the awards dinner.
Christmas party reminders will go out after the awards dinner. The date is December 10 at 1pm.
Debbie will provide the main dish, probably ham. Side dishes will be brought by attendees.
The auction items will be set up and John will be auctioneer. Theresa will bring additional tables.
Classic postcards with a QR code will be taken to the USDF convention 11/28- 12/3.
Debbie will design them for approval.
Helena will be the schooling show secretary. Dates for the shows are
Icebreaker 4/20&21
Firecracker 7/6
Classic as a level 2 show 6/22&23
Katie and Debbie will look into a Venmo account for payments
Theresa motioned and second by Debbie to adjourn at 8:04
