According to the CenterLine Dressage (CLD) bylaws, CLD must maintain a board of at least 8 and no more than 15 members.  Board members are expected to attend monthly meetings, usually via Zoom; they help plan shows and educational opportunities and serve a two-year term.

This year, CLD has a minimum of one vacancy on the board.  If you, or someone you know, is passionate about dressage in our community and wants to be a part of a vibrant organization dedicated to supporting it, we encourage you to write in your name.

Election Details:

• Voting Period: 12:00 AM Central Time, October 3, 2026 through 11:59 PM Central Time, October 31, 2026. Votes received outside the official voting period are not valid.

• Eligibility: All active CLD members are eligible to cast their votes

• Voting via the mail: If you would prefer not to vote online, you may download a mail-in ballot and mail it to Marilyn Weber, CLD Secretary, 1736 South Farmingdale Rd., New Berlin, IL 62670.  Mail-in ballots must be filled out completely and received before 11:59 p.m. on October 31, 2026, in order to be valid.  Download a mail-in ballot HERE

Voting Instructions:

1. Each CLD member must vote for three board members total.

2. Additionally, we are asking you use the "write-in" option to nominate a new board member.

3. Please submit your vote by 11:59 PM Central Time on October 31, 2026.
