CLD Board Meeting Minutes October 17, 2022

President Teresa Litchfield called our virtual meeting to order at 7:06 pm. Attending is Judy Nordstrom, John Simpson, Leslie Burket, Theresa Smith, Alice Martin, Chantee Erickson and Paula Briney.

Classic Show 2023 John confirmed show dates for Classic are June 24th and 25th, 2023 and followed with a discussion about the officials for the Classic show.

Here, as of now, are the officials for our show:

•Susan Moran – Technical Delegate (TD)

•Heather Peterson – Show Manager

•Ann Shusko – Secretary

•Natalie Lamping – ‘S’ Judge - (one more is needed)

•John is working with Natalie Lamping to fill the remaining slot for officials. John will let us know when this position is filled. A contract will be provided and all arrangements finalized.

USDF Convention •As the USDF Convention will be in Kentucky this year, Region 2 will be the host region and responsible for the Welcome Reception. •Our Region 2 Director, Debbie Savage, is our go-to person, should anyone have questions or would like to help! •It is customary for many different GMO’s to contribute for the annual Welcome Reception. •CLD has volunteered $200.00 for the Welcome Reception.

This is a wonderful opportunity to Celebrate Centerline’s 50th Anniversary!
Awards Dinner •Judy is keeping tabs on the Panther Restaurant and all is on track for guests, dinner and entertainment! CLD will do their own decorating. •Debbie Bonner will be the MC for the evening. •Marilyn moved and Judy 2nd to close the meeting at 8:04pm.
